Structural Analysis
FANCO Industrial Solutions has developed a fully operational and highly equipped "Design & Analysis" department. This department is led by Senior design engineer and team is having a diverse experience of structural analysis in industrial and mechanical structures, equipment and other static supports in plant.
Structural analysis is a branch of structural engineering that uses computational methods to predict how a structure, such as a building or bridge, will behave under various loads and environmental forces, ensuring its safety and efficiency. It employs Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to break down structures into smaller elements for detailed stress and deflection analysis. Our team has expertise in various engineering software applications which include: STAAD Pro, ANSYS, ETABS and AutoCad, which are used to perform complex calculations, ensure compliance with design codes, and speed up the design process. The analysis process uses computational tools to calculate stresses, strains, and deflections, often employing the Finite Element Analysis (FEA) method, Structural analysis software provides engineers with tools to model, analyze, and design structures more efficiently.
